Material & Care
Most items ship within 3 business days of purchase. Certain items, such as custom print mugs and shirts, may take up to two weeks. These items will be marked in the item description with the anticipated ship times, but I do work to get them out much sooner. You will be updated if there is a delay in processing your order.

Once your order leaves my office, any delays due to the carrier are out of my hands. All orders are provided tracking that is e-mailed to you at the time of creating a shipping label. Please refer to this tracking number for tracking information on your package. I do not control the speed or route that orders may take. The Teal Bandit will not issue refunds/credits on delayed shipments.
